Gerade am Anfang des Jahres setzen wir uns neue Ziele, aber den Anfang finden fällt oft schwer.
Warum ist das so?
Sich neu zu orientieren kostet immer eine gewisse Anstrengung. Wenn wir vertraute Wege verlassen kostet es uns Kraft und Energie und manchmal treten sogar Ängste auf. Wir müssen diese Ängste überwinden und das fällt nicht immer leicht.
Wie gelingt es uns trotzdem durchzustarten?
Eine wichtige Strategie ist es das Ziel positiv anzureichern. Sich ganz intensiv vorzustellen, wie es sich wohl anfühlt, wenn man sein Ziel erreicht hat. Wichtig ist es auch, dass man akzeptiert, dass jetzt erst mal eine Anstrengung angegangen werden muss, damit es hinterher besser wird. Erklimmen Sie nicht gleich den ganzen Berg, teilen Sie Ihr Ziel in kleine Etappen, dann fällt es einem leichter anzufangen.
Wie ist es mit dem Durchhalten?
Sehr unterstützend wirkt Lob durch Freunde und Familie. Wenn man spürt, dass die Bemühungen anerkannt werden, fällt es sehr viel leichter, weiterzumachen. Belohnen Sie sich, wenn ein Etappenziel erreicht ist. Versuchen Sie dieseTipps anzuwenden um Ihre Ziele anzugehen.
